    Voice with Twilio

    Keep credentials private

Keep API keys, tokens and passwords private. Only enter them in the secure LastBot dashboard. Never send them by email, chat or support ticket.

Connect Twilio to enable your voice bot to handle incoming calls.

    Before you start

You need a Twilio account and permission to authorise it.

    Setup

    1. In LastBot Hub, select Tools.
    2. Open Twilio Voice.
    3. Select Connect with Twilio.
    4. Sign in to Twilio and approve the connection.
    5. Once connected, select an existing phone number or purchase a new number in the Twilio Voice section.
    6. Open the Bot Editor and assign the phone number to the voice bot that should answer calls.
    7. Place a test call.

    Note

LastBot manages the voice connection after a number is assigned. Do not manually configure webhooks unless instructed to do so by LastBot support.
