    Gmail

    Keep credentials private

    Keep API keys, tokens and passwords private. Only enter them in the secure LastBot dashboard. Never send them by email, chat or support ticket.

    Connect a Google Workspace mailbox so LastBot can receive and reply to incoming email.

    Before you start

    • Gmail access must be requested from LastBot or a LastBot partner.
    • A Google Workspace account with administrator privileges is required.
    • Personal @gmail.com accounts are not supported.

    Setup

    1. Once access has been enabled, open Tools in LastBot Hub.
    2. Open Gmail.
    3. Select the option to authorise Gmail.
    4. Sign in with the approved Google Workspace administrator account.
    5. Approve the requested permissions.
    6. Select the mailbox LastBot should use.
    7. Test the connection.
    8. Enable AI Auto-Reply if you want LastBot to reply automatically to new incoming emails.
