Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

LastBot Europe Oy is committed to making lastbot.com and the LastBot ONE product accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and the harmonised European standard EN 301 549, as required by the European Accessibility Act (EAA) effective 28 June 2025.

Conformance status

The lastbot.com marketing site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively addressing the items listed below.

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) on every page.
• Skip-to-content link as the first focusable element.
• Visible keyboard focus indicators throughout the site.
• Programmatic labels and autocomplete hints on all form inputs.
• Live regions to announce form and analysis status changes.
• Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion user preference.
• Per-route page titles so assistive technology can identify each page.
• Continuous review of colour contrast against the design system tokens.

Known limitations

We are aware of and actively working on the following items:

• The embedded LastBot chat widget is delivered from a separate service. Improvements to its internal keyboard handling, focus trap behaviour, and ARIA labelling are being shipped by the widget team.
• Some legacy decorative animations may still play briefly before the prefers-reduced-motion preference is detected.
• Selected hero gradient text is being reviewed to ensure 4.5:1 contrast at every gradient stop on dark backgrounds.
