    Methodology

Resolution and containment metrics are computed from production conversations across active LastBot ONE tenants. A conversation is counted as resolved when the AI agent closed the contact without human handoff and no follow-up contact from the same customer occurred within 72 hours on the same topic.

Time-to-live is measured from contract signature to the first production conversation handled by the agent. NPS is collected from operator administrators using the LastBot ONE management portal; respondent counts and statistical detail are available on request.
