    Calendly

    Keep credentials private

    Keep API keys, tokens and passwords private. Only enter them in the secure LastBot dashboard. Never send them by email, chat or support ticket.

    Connect Calendly so LastBot can offer selected meeting types and book appointments.

    Before you start

    You need a Calendly plan that includes the Scheduling API. Calendly Standard or higher is required.

    Setup

    1. In LastBot Hub, select Tools.
    2. Open Calendly.
    3. Select Connect Calendly and authorise access.
    4. Choose the Calendly event types that LastBot may offer and book.
    5. Save the event type selection.
    6. Enable scheduling.
    7. Select the bot that should use the scheduling capability.
    8. Complete a test booking.

    Note

    Select at least one event type before enabling scheduling.
